安野ともこさんは忙しい。
分刻みで次から次へと走り走る。
だけれど
どんなにてんてこ舞いであっても
いつでも元気で可愛い。

私は出逢って今日までずっと
こんなに変わらず可愛いままの人がいるんだなあ
と尊敬しているのです。

「かおちゃーん」と呼ばれると
「やっすーーー」とつられて私の声もお腹の底から込み上げてくる。
これは紛れもなく元気のお裾分けをしていただいており
そうやって安野さんは周りの人たちをどんどん
元気にしていってしまう凄い人なのだと確信しております。

コロナ禍で街が静まり
人々が不安の中で毎日を過ごしている時も
たまたまご飯屋さんで居合わせた困った人を助けては
一緒に作品を作って、またそれが誰かの役に立つ

無理難題も「やるだけやってみよう」といって
本当になんでもやり遂げてしまうと
今度はまたそれが、喜ばしいことに繋がっていくという

やはり安野さんは元気のお裾分けを
ずっとやり続けておられるのでした。

幸せであることは幸せなだけでは罷り通らない
であるからこそに
その元気と可愛さは今日も生き生きと
存在してくれているのだと思っております。

ＣＡＳＵＣＡはきっとみなさんにとって
そんな存在のような気がしております。

「かおちゃん、デザインやってみない？」

と唐突に言った安野さんは
身を乗り出して
これまたキラキラと可愛かったのでした。

その日から発売までたったの二ヶ月。
とんとん拍子に物事が進んでいく理由には
間違いなく安野さんという人の
飽くなき日々への希望、想い、願い、祈りに違いありません。
それをひとつひとつ丁寧に作られている素晴らしい職人さんの方々がいて、
一緒にＣＡＳＵＣＡを支えておられるスタッフの方々がいて
たくさんの方々の心へと羽ばたいていっているのだと思いました。

このたび携われましたこと
心より御礼申し上げるとともに

みなさまと寄り添いあえる

Anno Tomoko is busy.
She's running from one thing to the next, every minute.
But no matter how busy she is,
she's always energetic and cute.
I admire the fact that there is someone who
has remained so cute ever since I met her.
When she calls out "Kao-chan,"
my voice rises from the bottom of my stomach and
I can't help but say "Yasuuuuu."
This is undoubtedly because she is sharing her energy with me,
and I am convinced that Anno is an incredible person
who makes those around her more
and more energetic in this way.
When she calls out “Kao-chaaan!”
I can’t help but answer,
“Yassuuuu!”—my voice rising from deep inside me.
It’s no doubt a little share of her energy being passed on to me.
That’s who Annno-san is:
a remarkable person who somehow manages
to lift up and energize everyone around her.
Even during the pandemic, when the city was hushed
and people lived their days in anxiety,
she would help a stranger she happened to meet at a small restaurant,
then create something together with them—
something that, in turn, would help someone else.
When faced with impossible tasks, she simply says,
“Let’s just try it,”
and then truly accomplishes them.
And once again, that effort leads
to something joyful, something hopeful.
Yes—Annno-san keeps on sharing her energy,
day after day, without pause.
Because being happy is not enough on its own,
her vitality and charm shine all the brighter,
living vividly, always present with us.
I feel that CASUCA, too, is such a presence
for everyone it touches.
One day, out of the blue, Annno-san said,
“Kao-chan, why don’t you try designing?”
She leaned in as she spoke,
sparkling, radiant, and of course—adorable.
From that day to the product launch was just two months.
Things moved forward at a breathtaking pace,
and the reason is clear:
Annno-san’s unending hope, passion, wishes, and prayers for each day.
And alongside her are the wonderful artisans
who carefully craft each piece,
the dedicated staff who support CASUCA together,
and the many people whose hearts these creations take flight to reach.
I am deeply grateful
for the chance to have been involved in this journey.
And I sincerely hope that both CASUCA and et mo
may continue to walk hand in hand with you all,
becoming one with your lives.
